The programme is divided into three phases, each focusing on a core theme:

She Believes She Can "Be Confident"

(Building a Foundation)

She Believes She Can "Move"

(Mind+Body connection)

A: We aim to select a diverse group of 10-15 participants to ensure a personalised and impactful experience for everyone.

A: The sessions will be held in-person at Southwark

Q7: What is the time commitment required?

A: Participants are expected to commit to attending weekly sessions over the 12-week period and actively participate in all activities.

A: The application deadline is 04/09/2024 . Please ensure you submit your application before this date.

A: Participants will be selected based on their application responses, motivation for joining, and potential impact. A review committee will evaluate all applications.

A: Yes, participants will have access to mentors who will provide guidance and support throughout the programme.

Q12: What happens after the programme ends?

A: Upon completion, participants will receive a certificate and continue to have access to our network of alumni and mentors for ongoing support and opportunities.
